For those who are constantly reaching for the next milestones and think that they don’t deserve to rest or to simply enjoy life
How long haven’t you made time to celebrate yourself? You always wait until you reach the next goals and tangible achievements to have the right reason to celebrate, but what if it only comes when you pause and reflect on how far you have come? The dedicated inner work and tons of effort you’ve put into yourself, that you’ve invested in yourself, should never be taken for granted, even though not many people recognize that (yet). It takes courage to be different. It takes courage to do things differently. It takes courage to pursue your dreams, your visions, your missions, your purpose, what makes you feel alive. It takes more than a fainted heart to stay strong and rooted in who you truly are and not be swayed by other’s opinions. It takes years and years to train yourself not to give in, not to give up. It takes endless challenges and obstacles thrown your way but you choose to trust life so much that you keep trusting anyway, despite people telling you such a naive. It takes many many lonely nights wondering why it doesn’t work (yet) and why you have to endure such challenging lessons. It takes so much that my heart aches when you think you’re not doing enough or something is wrong with you. That you need to constantly push forward and you don’t have time to rest, pause, and simply enjoy life.
When you are at the edge of breaking through. When you’ve reached the climax. When you finally realize that you deserve a thousand times better than just a sequence of consecutive suffering. When you firmly state your decision that you are worthy of an at-ease life, an abundant, rich, joyful, uplifting, juicy, delicious, pleasurable life, and raise your vibration to match that expansive energy, no longer settle for anything less, you will slowly notice things starting to shift inside and around you in the way that you once thought was impossible.
What if, my love, what if how much you enjoy life decides how much abundance you will receive, not the other way around? What if the key to the generous life you want doesn’t lie in chasing, grasping, trying extremely hard that it hurts, that you need to abandon yourself, your body, your well-being, your heart and your soul? Instead, it only needs you to do the thing that you absolutely love doing, the thing that sets your heart on fire, the work that makes you feel expansive and uplifting. Because again, expansiveness equals abundance. Those energies are matched and aligned.
